PURPOSE:

To promote and recognize individual achievements and promotions in
bowling.
St Joseph USBC Bowling Association shall select and honor, according to
the by-laws written herein, those men and women who have made
honorable contributions to the game of ten pins in the greater St Joseph
USBC Bowling Association.

BY-LAWS:

To be eligible for nomination, a bowler must have been or now be a
member in good standing of the St Joseph USBC Bowling Association.

The nomination must be completed and returned to a member of the Board
of Directors or a member of the committee by February 15th of each year.
The bowler must be at least 40 years of age at the time of nomination,
however, in cases of emergency, the screening committee has the
authority to waive the age.

There will be no limit to the number of nominations received. The board,
with the recommendation of the committee, will decide the number to be
elected. Election to the Hall of Fame will be by a simple majority of the
Board of Directors.
Applications are kept on file for three years, then deleted. They will have to
be resubmitted.

A maximum of five (5) including posthumous nominations may be elected.

A screening committee appointed by the President shall consist of seven
(7), four (4) board members and three (3) Hall of Fame non-board members.
The committee shall be comprised of at least two (2) women and (2) men.

Hall of Fame nomination forms will be available to all bowlers.

These by-laws may be amended by a simple majority vote of the Board of
Directors.
