| Team Event - Savage Lanes - October 22nd, 23rd, 29th, 30th, November 5th, 6th Singles & Doubles Event - Olympia Lanes - November 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th |
COST: $20 per event. If you are only bowling in the Team event, cost is $20 per
person. If you are only bowling in Singles & Doubles event, cost is $40 per
person. If you are bowling Team, Singles & Doubles, cost is $60 per person.

NOTE: If your team from your regular weekly league prefers not to bowl in the
city tournament, you can form a team, of 5 bowlers, from your league. You can
bowl more than once in Team event. You can only bowl once in Singles &
Doubles event. You can bowl Singles & Doubles event without bowling in Team
event if you cannot find a team of five from your weekly league.

ATTENTION MIXED LEAGUES: YOU CAN FORM TEAMS OUT OF YOUR LEAGUE!
